The traditional technique “SouHidukuri” is a traditional knife blade smith of old-fashioned “total fire build” made by hand.It is a traditional recipe that shapes by hitting hot iron without using a mold.I hit a steel material with a hammer to stretch it or cut it and make it through several processes.Originally used for manufacturing “Japanese sword”, it is the same manufacturing technology as “Japanese sword”. It is also certified as traditional craftworks designated by Chiba Prefecture.
